Plot summary

Artist Jimmy Lynch (Timothy Hutton) goes on a graffiti rampage after his injured firefighter brother (Robert Urich) is denied pension in this action-packed comedy. Lynch boldly tags his brother's nickname and badge number across New York City, angering the mayor (Robert Culp), who orders his security chief (Peter Boyle) to catch Lynch. Aided by a pretty social worker (Kim Cattrall), Lynch aims his spray can at one of the city's biggest landmarks.
